G40 X-ray System

The G40 x-ray series has been designed for large packaged products and cartons, bearing many design and functional similarities to the widely used G20 series. The G40 x-ray is available with inspection widths up to 610mm. X-ray systems for larger products are available on request.

G40 x-ray systems are deployed in the food processing industry for packaged products such as multi-packs of crisps, milk powder, dog food and plastic trays of meat. Advanced linear array technology enables the G40 series of machines to demonstrate superior performance in identifying contaminants, such as metal, stone, glass, bone and certain plastics, scanning for missing or broken products, detecting packing voids and confirming fill levels.
